Was founded and incorporated in 2010 as an Investment Club and has a membership of 10 shareholders who are professionals in various fields and working in the government and private sector. The members’ diverse skills in Law, Business and Banking, Engineering and Surveying, Information Technology, and Social Work has given the Club a unique niche to survive the times and operationalizing as a fully-fledged Company. Group 20 Investments Ltd is for years now a brand in the real estate sector with several estates in the natural scenery of Kiwenda..
G20 Finance Company Limited founded and incorporated in 2013 is a subsidiary of Group 20 Investments Ltd that offers financial services to improve the livelihoods of Ugandan with a focus on money lending with a product line of personal loans, business loans, boda-boda loans etc at affordable interest rates and negotiated collateral arrangements.  
Both companies operate in Uganda and are licensed by Kampala City Council Authority and Uganda Micro Finance Regulatory Authority respectively.

Our MANAGEMENT TEAM

Godfrey Muhindo

Executive Chairman

Godfrey is Financial Services professional with vast experience in banking and mobile financial services having worked 3 banks and with Airtel and MTN mobile money businesses in Uganda.
Godfrey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters in Financial Services from Makerere University in addition to other training in Digital Finance, International payments, Credit Risk, and Leadership among other training. He provided leadership to the Executive Team running the day-to-day activities.

Samuel Kiriaghe

Legal / Secretary

Samuel is an experienced legal practitioner with a bias in commercial and land transactions and litigation. He previously taught commercial law at various Universities in Uganda and is currently focused on legal practice.
Samuel holds a Masters of Law Degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Uganda Christian University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre. He has undergone various other trainings in research methods and International Commercial Arbitration. He has been instrumental in resolving and settling various commercial and land disputes in Uganda offering services to both the private sector and government entities. He is our Company Secretary and Legal Advisor.

David Bwambale

Operations

David is an Information Technology consultant, contracted to work with industrial and commercial clients who are seeking help and advice in I.T. and business-related fields. David holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology from Makerere University and has vast experience in visual and digital communication, business acquisitions, land, and financing. He is the founder of Dual Info Solutions Limited.
David is looking forward to empowering and financing different start-ups & established businesses in Uganda he themed “Growing together”. He supervises our day-to-day operations.

Arthur Kasozi

Treasurer

Arthur is a Civil Engineer by profession, registered with the Engineers Registration Board of Uganda, and a member of the Institute of Construction Claims Practitioners (ICCP) with vast experience in road construction and maintenance.
Arthur holds a Bachelors Degree in civil engineering from Makerere University, post graduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Uganda Management Institute, and an MBA in Transport Economics and Logistics Management from ESAMI. He has trained in and practiced Value for Money Auditing and Construction Claims Management. He has previously worked with the private sector and is currently employed with the Government of Uganda..
